  Faith at the San Jose DHL station went above and beyond to help me with my complicated shipment to Argentina. I inquired at FedEx, USPS, and UPS, and Faith’s customer service was the deciding factor for me choosing DHL. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. I can’t recommend using her enough for any international shipping. It can be very complicated depending on what and where you are shipping and having someone that truly cares about helping you is priceless.
