I switched over to Cricket after using Verizon and Sprint for decades. I haven't had an issue with them at all other than being overcharged a few times. The service is great. I often have service when others do not. I'd say that the options for flagship phones would be nice but other than that there is no issue. The people at this particular location are very helpful and always have a great attitude. They don't complain about transferring your information or assisting with your phone if something is wrong. It's nice and it goes a very long way. Thanks guys 😊

Joaquin with huge amount of Patience and skillful communication used most of his working hours on porting my number from former carrier that was charging two account simultaneously and caused lots of problems. Thank you so much for resolving all of the issues and completing the work with much diligence.
