  Go to a different store! Came here and the 2 ladies did not want to help me get a new phone. Well, I went to the store on Hosttetter and had an amazing experience! I'm a really nice customer, easy to please and was really shocked by how bad this place was. The only thing I could think of was my race or ethnicity???

  NEVER AGAIN... Terrible customer service. Went into upgrade my plan. The he/she was so rude to me. Was arguing with me. Made me show my ID just to pay my bill. I paid with cash literally acted like my $ was counterfeit. NEVER AGAIN...
