  Same as others have stated, the older lady working here was just plain RUDE. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the entire experience unpleasant. What’s the point of working in customer service if you can't do just that. A little basic courtesy and professionalism goes a long way. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  I had a great experience at UPS on Saturday. The two staff members working that day were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They helped me ship my package and made the whole process easy. Great customer service!

  Nada bueno no me dan información de mi paquete, me marca claramente qué llego a esta locacion y me dicen que no hay que regrese a buscarlo otro dia a buscarlo

  I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff, particularly an older lady and two men, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They provided very poor service and got angry when I asked a simple question. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
