  I had a terrible experience at this store. The staff, particularly an older lady and two men, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They provided very poor service and got angry when I asked a simple question. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

  Not sure why this place gets bad reviews, I figure I should leave my experience. This is the closest ups store to me for all my Amazon returns, and Ive always had no problems, if anything the young guys are always so helpful and patient with me and my wife. Today, I got Brian to help me out, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Will keep coming here!

  The old Chinese lady was very unprofessional and impatient! Took me more than 40 mins to print 10 pages or so. I hope she can be better trained. Bad experience, will never go back.

  Honestly, the reviews don’t do this place justice, I have came here multiple times and have always been treated with respect. The only thing to be wary of is the 2 dollar minimum fee for printing, but it is certainly better than going back home to print! The worker Chesu and Andy has helped me a lot and I will be returning!
