  I came here because my usual (2!) neighborhood UPS Stores closed down. The staff here were so helpful and kind even though I was completely unorganized and unprepared and went out of their way to help me find the lowest cost box that fit my awkwardly sized package and print my shipping label. The store is super clean, bright and large too. I am genuinely impressed at the customer service here and look forward to coming here again as my first choice for package services in the future!

  Always been dropping off here and they are the NICEST ups location I’ve been to!! I used to go to the Monterey park once before they closed, but sometimes I would come by here instead cause I always had a great experience here. Cindy, who I met this morning made my day!! Thank you guys for providing great service all the time. I’ve come here for printing and ups returns

  I've gone here a few times and each time the staff was very helpful. The location is convenient. I'm grateful this store is close to me since Staples went out of business. I plan on returning soon.
