We got pickup ordered a couple times while we were staying in the area. Every time the order was accurate and ready on time, and the chicken was hot, crispy, and consistent.
Our experiences were great but during the second visit I witnessed three different people with takeout orders come in to get their ranch they paid for but didn't receive. The staff member, inhibited by a language barrier, was extremely resistant to handing over the sauce and took quite a lot of convincing, including chatting with the manager. Each of the customers even showed them the receipt with the ranch that they paid for. It was a little surprising but since I didn't experience it myself it's not impacting my review. Check your ranch folks.
Worst service I’ve ever seen at Wingstop. They NEVER have cardboard drink carriers. How do you expect people to carry 3 drinks at once? What kind of nonsense is that? Every single time it’s some new problem. Slow staff, terrible organization, and zero care about customers. Easily the worst place I know in San Francisco.
I thought I'd give this place a try but wow was I disappointed. The KFC / Taco bell feels like a Michelin star restaurant in comparison. The chicken was awful, the fries were sweet for some reason - the ranch was good though... maybe I'll save it for a salad later.

My friend and I shared a 20-pack of "boneless wings" and large fries for $20, which is a great deal. They were quickly and accurately prepared. There are no tables nor counters, so prepare to walk to a park. I advise against the atomic wings since they're not much spicier than the other flavors, and the sticky spicy vinegar sauce is messy and overpowers any other flavor. The blue cheese sauce is indistinguishable from ranch, but both are good creamy complements.

I stopped. Got wings. Sike! Got them nuggets. My dog ate 1/3 of them. The sauces don't lie. Luna approves. This Wingstop is fantastic. You, too, can have this experience.
