  Poor customer service. The employee who assisted me was an older white woman with short red hair and glasses. She refused to accept my package and was not helpful. I will never come back to this UPS location. ⭐☆☆☆☆

  I visited this UPS store to mail important documents. I asked for clarification because the instructions were not explained clearly, but the staff member repeatedly gave the same response without rephrasing or offering any clear explanation. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the interaction very stressful. I felt panicked during the situation as I was not given clear guidance and was unable to complete the service. I had to leave and go to another shipping store nearby, where everything was clearly explained and handled smoothly without any issues. This is my first time writing a Google review, but I felt it was important to share this experience. Based on this visit, this location does not provide reliable or respectful customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. What frustrates me most is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. I later read multiple reviews describing the same rude behavior, yet nothing seems to have changed. It’s disappointing that customers continue to have the same experience despite raising these concerns publicly.
