  A disappointing experience. I paid for the shipping on the app. Had a bar code. The employee scanned the bar code. Was informed that while it appears that we are UPS store, in reality we are not. We are local business that provides UPS service. We are not really a UPS store. Sorry about that. We just have a sign. You purchased the UPS delivery service from the national or real UPS company. And, we are not trained to deal with actual UPS codes. As such, you will need to phone UPS and ask them to mail you the printed label and then return with it on your package. We do not handle UPS codes from national. No, we will not phone UPS for you. Or resolve it for you. Remember we are a local business with UPS sign. Not real UPS store. As such, the only option is you purchase the UPS service from us. And you phone UPS to get a refund.

  avoid this place, it totally rip off your money. they charge $2 for a piece of tape and $7.5 for just picking up your order.
