  Came here to say what everyone else seems to be saying. Awful attitudes and $5 fee to print one label before telling me they actually don’t ship USPS courtesy like every UPS store I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the time go to Cole Valley or Postal People or anywhere else

  Rude,Lazy No customer service.I explained to him I never returned anything thru ups,but had a return label in my phone,so he throws my box on the scale and a stack of at least 8 clear plastic covers on top of my box and says it's $5+ dollars to print label and looked at me...I finally figured out the plastic covers had a email address on them...I assumed he was just adding weight to my package since it was pre paid return other than the shipping label. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my package with a shady place,so going to another ups store I've had good service....Hopefully he was not the franchise owner,cuz he'd be broke. Third time here and always below average service.this was the worse! Franchise owner needs to train employee's better and stay on top of them

  Fantastic people working here. I rented a business box for a decade while living in the area and this place always went the extra mile to show they appreciated me. The negative reviews about price are unfair, it's a business not a charity. Everything is expensive in SF because businesses expenses are through the roof. Why do some people expect the franchise owner to pay for the computer, printer etc to print their labels and then charge them nothing? Special thanks to Minh, you're the best!

  This was my home UPS store for awhile and they have helped me with so much. It can be a little slow in there sometime but it is a great, helpful group of people!!

  Not welcoming at all — charging $5 just to send an email for printing is unreasonable. I have never heard of paying a fee simply to send an email to print a few pages
