  I paid hundred of dollars for a mailbox here. It took 3 attempts for them to correct my email in their system. Because the email was incorrect, I wasn't notified that packages had arrived – they just sat in the back for several months until the employee who finally corrected my email thought to check. I'd just paid for another 6 months for the box when I discovered the packages (and that my box had been incorrectly blocked off yet again), and the manager did not respond to repeated requests for a refund or acknowledge my request for mail forwarding when I moved my mailbox elsewhere. I will never set foot in this store again for any reason – all told I spent several hundred dollars for some of the worst service I've had from any business.

  It’s our local UPS. It can get very busy! I feel for the staff members, they rarely seem happy.

  Their notary doesn't understand the law. Their service is generally poor. Avoid this UPS and go to the one nearby on Ocean Ave.

  I haven’t had a bad experience here. The staff is always super sweet and helpful, and they’re honest about pricing and protocols to help find what’s best for you.
