  Jessica, the manager at UPS Store 5568, and all the other staff I have interacted with have provided top notch customer service. I work for a nonprofit organization who has had a mail box at this store for quite some time. Whenever we have had questions about renewing the box or any other issue, Jessica and her team have been helpful and responsive. My organization recently moved into a new office and we canceled the mail box and provided an address for forwarding which turned out to have issues with the postal service. Jessica has gone above and beyond to ensure that the mail that was returned to the store got forwarded to a proper address. She and her team helped us a lot during a very stressful move. I highly recommend this store.

  Customer service. Every time I go into this store I’m greeted and well taken care of. If I don’t know how to process my return on the iPad, someone always walks over to check on me and walk me through it. Last time I went in, Paulo was kind enough to offer me some water while Jessica helped me through my return. I’ll always come back to this store

  This UPS Store has rejected a package that was redirected to them, for an additional fee, without any reason or justification. The agent did not recognize this fault and pretended that I requested the package to be send to my home address. UPS confirmed that this was not the case. I recommend to avoid this store, it may delay delivery of your package and you will be lied to.
