  Fourth time my package is scheduled to go to this location for an access pickup point. Either this location refuses the package or either UPS driver doesn’t deliver the package. One or the other has a communication problem with each other. I constantly change the access point to another location. They always ship it there anyway even when I give strict requests to ship my package elsewhere.

  Emilio and team are extremely kind, patient and helpful. The best UPS store I have been to, with the kindest team. They were extremely helpful with both printing and notary services.

  It's location is accessible by public transportation options. There is also nearby parking options. The customer service received was attentive and overall pleasant

  This "store" is a scam and ripoff. Had a document printed from a flash drive and, being in a hurry, I didn't bother to check the receipt at the time. When the charge appeared in my account, it was for $24.34. My document was only 48 pages. So, that's $0.51 per page. I looked at the receipt and there's a $4.00 charge labeled as "digital file opening" like placing a flash drive in an USB slot and clicking on the file was such a burdensome and difficult task. Then, I was charged $0.39 per page to print. And, not even to print on single side pages but to get a document that was printed on both sides. So, I guess the paper is an extra cost if you want single side printing? No business should get away with charging these outrageous prices for something that literally cost them a miniscule amount of money. The other problem is that you can't find these prices listed anywhere in the store or on their website. I wonder why that is. Could it be if you openly displayed your prices and made people aware of them in advance that no one would ever use the services? I'll take knowing and intentional rip offs for $1000 Alex.
