  The rigidity with which this place operates is beyond disbelief. I waited patiently while the customer in front of me who had multiple pages printed, paid for them to be laminated and waited for him to make his payment before politely asking “hey I’m here to pick up my package, I see it here, do you mind processing me real quick before doing the lamination ?”. I even asked the other customer if he would mind. My transaction would took all of 45 seconds in the end. But no, the rigid employee was stubborn and said “No you have to wait until I finish, do I tell you how to do your job”. To be clear I’m not telling you how to do your job, merely asking for some timely consideration. This is the kind of dynamic sense skill anyone working in a customer facing operation needs to possess, balancing priority with severity. And then comes the passive aggressive authoritarian statement : “You will not be picking up packages here anymore”. Really UPS ? I’m sorry, if other package mailing places (including other UPS locations) can handle these kind of situations without friction, why is this place so special. Just attitude and incompetence. Stay far away.

  The staff at The Noe Valley UPS. store is not only a pleasant experience but so grateful to have them in our neighborhood Kassy is outstanding , professional and helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff is great but Kassy is outstanding

  The service is awesome here! Everyone is patient and more importantly they know how to manage the line to get you in/out quickly. Thank you for always being so helpful!

  This place is horrible and a complete rip off! This is my second time here and I was quickly reminded at how rude, useless, and unhelpful the girls (front desk) were both times! A tiny 5x7 padded envelope was $5.80 where my usual UPS in Corte Madera is $1.80 and these girls tried to charge me $65 dollars to delivery a near weightless package where my place charges me $16 dollars. If I could give them zero stars-that would be what I would give to them. DO NOT GO HERE!

  Kassandra wanted to charge us over 150 usd for 12 passport sized pictures then brought the price down to over 110 usd when challenged. When asked if they have a price list they became very rude and said if we didn’t like the “discount” we could also pay full price lol. And no, they don’t have a price list online or in the store. They are scammers, avoid at all cost.
