  Staying close by for another couple weeks but I ordered Nespresso to be sent to this location since where I'm staying doesn't have mailboxes. I read the reviews AFTER having Nespresso deliver to this UPS store. I saw lots of bad reviews. Some were fairly new but most from awhile ago. My experience, this is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and professional stores I've been to. If I lived in the city, this would be my UPS store.

  These guys are just doing their job and doing it well! Line moves quick if there is one and I’ve only had friendly and funny encounters with the people here (both workers and patrons) writing this as I’m getting ready to go to this UPS again. Glad it’s on Fillmore. Also really great location next to the 22 stop

  Very conveniently located for me on Filmore and Jackson, but 0 on service. I call them the Soup Nazis of UPS. Other locations on Polk are better just to avoid the attitude

  Rude & abrupt! Tall overweight Asian man needs to learn and practice basic customer service. Don’t lecture customers to “arrive earlier next time.” You are there to serve us and not the other way around. Your business hours are clearly posted physically and online so don’t bother your customers on any feelings of inconvenience on your part as it’s not our concern. DO NOT RUSH YOUR CUSTOMERS and learn the basics on how to address them otherwise consider another job where you don’t deal with the public!
