  If I could give less than one star I really would. I work in Chestnut St and use this UPS very frequently, it’s always been nothing but amazing experiences until yesterday. A man with black medium length hair and glasses told me I couldn’t ship the same package I’ve shipped out of that store a dozen times because it’s “too small” (a standard envelope), I asked if I could get it packaged in something larger he said absolutely not. Told me to go to a different post office because he can’t help me. He was so incredibly aggressive and rude the whole time I genuinely couldn’t believe it. As a general manager that works in the Marina and strives to keep good relationships with everyone this store is a joke and will be the only one on the block that I avoid and won’t give business to.

  $23 for a medium cardboard box (no packing, no shipping). And they asked me to pack my item outside of the store. Very ridiculous; avoid at all cost

  A woman was being very mean to the employees but the employees stayed kind and professional.

  They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! I go there for everything, including notary. Love the workers here.

  Horrible experience, please stay away from this store - I was shipping a high value item (passport) and asked for next day delivery. Paid $200 and asked the gentleman to confirm twice that it would ready to deliver by tomorrow 9am and he did. When I went home I saw the tracking said Monday (on UPS tracking when I entered the tracking ID) - went back to the store 20minutes later and they said there was nothing they could do. Really terrible service and scary that such clerical errors are made on high sensitivity documents and situations. I later learned he selected next day and forgot to select “Saturday.” The amount of inconvenience this caused us was tremendous, and we ended up having to pay $1000+ to move flights as a result of this “mistake” - he tried to say he clicked Saturday then finally apologized. They also didn’t even offer a refund when we had the package sent back to the store since the service wasn’t completed as expected. Need to train staff better. Until then - would not recommend UPS and definitely not this store.
