    They charged me $3.00 for one b&w printed paper. I even asked if that was correct and the employee said "yup". Insane, go to FedEx instead its way cheaper than this place

    I came in today and Jonathan spoke on the phone with the Sonic agent and helped me process my return. I had no idea how to do it and have no one to help me , thank you Jonathan and thank you ups for the amazing customer service
