    Didn't have enough for postage, So I went back home to get enough. I returned to the store and the worker asked for an additional fee. Lol what? Never going back again

    I’m giving this UPS Store five stars because the service I received today went above and beyond my expectations. When I arrived with few documents which had to be printed in different formats the young staff members Joshua and Jerusalem immediately stepped in. They were patient, expertly resized everything to correct size , and ensured the format was perfect without any stress on my end. Their professionalism and helpful attitude saved me a ton of hassle. This is exactly the kind of service that deserves a top rating!

    The passport photos that we had them take here were not accepted by the passport agency in the United States. However, the person taking the photos was patient and helpful.
