    Professional staff. Only thing is street parking is usally full, so if you can get someone to drop you off, that would be really helpful.

    Grace and Stephanie were so professional, thorough, and attentive in getting my package shipped out in a timely fashion, despite there being a system outage they were dealing with this morning. Real troopers and I'm so grateful to have them as a part of my local UPS team.

    Grace made a huge difference in customer service experience. I had trouble using the UPS return machine and she was so patient and helpful to resolve the issues. Excellent!

    I needed a document notarized, but I had accidentally left behind the instruction pages that the notary needed to review before completing the notarization. Anthony quickly printed the missing pages and took great care of me throughout the process. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this UPS Store!
