  Even with ordering ahead they take forever to make your food, ignoring you after you check in.

  Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, at 4:22. My order has been sitting there and the shop worker claimed that it was picked up. So I walked with my mobile order and the shop worker that my order has been picked up by someone else. I spent 20 mins trying to figure out who picked up the order and the worker kept saying "I don't know" even when I asked for the appearance of the person, he doesn't even know the gender. So I spent 20 mins to try to get refund via the subway helpline but then I checked one last time and saw a bag behind the shop worker's back. It was my order and he finally willing to give it to me.

  Doordash accepted my order, charged me, store closed early, worker was cleaning up and ignoring me at the front door, doordash wouldnt refund me claiming I received my pickup somehow.
