  The woman that made my food was very nice and made my sandwich super well. She smiled, was very positive, and is usually very pleasant to interact with whenever I go there. So this is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 The other person that was there (I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a hijab) was very rude to me. I let her know there was a wet and sticky spot on the floor and after snapping at me that “it was fine” she also informed me that it “wasn’t her problem”. I live somewhat nearby this subway and come here every once in a while and I always dread interacting with this one worker because she is usually snappy, disinterested, dower, and makes me feel bad for even walking into this subway like it’s my personal fault she’s having a bad day. Listen I understand working at a chain restaurant probably sucks. Which is why I go out of my way to smile, keep my order simple, and be very patient and polite so I can hopefully be a positive impact on these workers day rather than a Karen blight. Perhaps I’ll find another subway to give my money if it causes her that much pain to interact with a customer. This is as my last straw for finally writing a review.

  This place is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend it if you were looking to order a sandwich in San Francisco. I would highly suggest that you find a different location to go to then this one on Golden Gate.
