  This restaurant sucks. I ordered online with Door Dash. They never get my order right...NEVER! Then they refuse to give me a refund. I'm expected to pay for another sandwich instead. Worst Subway in SF by far. Do not order anything from this place. I would've given them a zero if I could. Unprofessional and pathetic service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE CUS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

  Virtually no chicken. That’s the whole reason I go so it was disappointing.

  Ordered online and arrived to find my order was given to the wrong person. When asked if they could make it again I was told I would have to pay for it again, and that I would have to call customer support to get it refunded. Additionally, one of my coworkers also got an online order and his sandwich was missing sauce. I can understand if the refund is out of their hands, but refusing to make another sandwich after giving it away to the wrong person is just asanine. I will not be going here again.
