  I went here to ship a rather large package for work and was served by Douglas. He was so kind and helpful and made the process a breeze! He handled my package with care and double checked my receipt to make sure the tracking info was correct. He was fast, polite, and made the overall experience very easy. So this is a shoutout to Douglas!!

  Just have your items ready so you don't have to interact with the staff. Very rude service.

  FedEx is the worst. They apparently can’t print labels from QR codes. The employee was nice but like what is this? I think at this point FedEx might worse than even the little random shippers like OnTrac and Gofo.

  they aren’t accommodating, even though i was told they’d take a digital label and they could print it, they didn’t; then they made me go again to another place to print something extra because there’s a battery inside (a battery symbol) even though they could use their printer they said they don’t want to :(
