Drove across town and they couldn’t print out a return shipping label. Absolutely insane.

Employee lied about opening time….scheduled my whole day to pickup the package they had screwed up and I’m still not gonna have my stuff because the lazy employee told me 8:30am even though they open at 9 on Saturday
Nobody in line and the one person behind the desk immediately tells me they don’t offer packing services and I have to go to another location to ship my item. This despite having a label ready and plenty of boxes and bubble wrap available for me to use.

Screwed me over multiple times, again and again. I had a pharmacy prescription coming and I submitted a vacation hold, which was completely ignored. Then I got a call from the delivery driver who told me to come and pick up my prescription directly at this location before EOW. I traveled all the way there to learned that they had just sent it back to the sender. I hate FedEx.

The staff here are ok and just doing their job the best they can given the tools given.
However, FedEx as a company cannot deliver a single package to my home reliably. This has happened every single time I ordered something valuable. They don't attempt to deliver, and pickip up the package is a pain because I cannot just tell them to hold at location.
I HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB. I have to drive after work to pick up my packages, and sometimes manage to do so if I am lucky.
I go out of my way to skip fedex but sometimes it is unfortunately not possible. Worst company ever
