  The guy James at this branch has no customer service skills! He talks with customers like he doesn't want to work,he makes the customer feel like you are his enemy.Today 3/14/26 around 1:20-140p he took other customers that was in line behind me.As I waited,and was there 1st.He is the worse and he should be fired.

  Very helpful person worked at night shift on 1/14/2026. He assisted with the international delivery issue and it was finally resolved.
