  Wanted to drop off a prepaid label item and they wouldn’t take it for free. There’s a $4 drop off convenience fee, because it is inside the hotel. Go to the one inside Walgreens at Sutter instead. Waste of time.

  Dave was incredibly helpful. He helped me print dozens of pages I needed for my son's homework. It took a long time but Dave and his team where friendly and hard-working all throughout the task. If you are in need of printing services near Union Square, SF, this is the place to go. Thank you Dave!!

  Incorrect hours listed here; they open at 9am. This location also needs more signage, it was hard to find. It’s actually inside the Westin hotel on the 2nd floor.

  This location is inside of the hotel, it’s very hard to access, also they will charge extra fee (like “ resort fee) for prepaid label drop off.
