  Had a rough morning and needed to print a document. It wasn’t working with self service since my email doesn’t attach to mail. So it wouldn’t print. I asked the front desk to help me multiple times and she refused. She kept looking at me like I was dumb. Then she proceeded to tell me she can help me after asking for the third time. Overall experience. Inaffeicient. Unadfectjce and time consuming

  Our family had to ship a lot of personal and fragile items and Monique the sales associate at this location was absolutely outstanding with helping us to ship all our items securely. She was super patient, kind and thoughtful of how to pack the items as safely as possible. She also followed up with a courtesy call to ensure that all items were shipped, which was an extra touch our family really appreciated. I hope management at this location recognizes her excellent customer service.

  This review covers two separate incidents at this location. First: I brought a book in to have spiral binding added. The attached photos show the poor-quality work they performed -- they essentially ruined a manual worth over $50. At the time I let it go because I didn't have time to return to the store, deal with a manager, and replace the book. Second: I shipped a FedEx package through this location. My shipping label had been carefully cut out (see attached) and a return label was placed on my package. I'm not sure if someone cut the box open to see what was inside. After a week I received the package back at my house. FedEx told me I had to go to the store to get a new label. I went in on Saturday and the clerk said their managers don't work weekends (odd for a neighborhood location, likely one of their busiest times) and that I would have to pay for new shipping. When I explained FedEx customer support instructed me to come in for a new label, her response was essentially "that's your problem, not mine." There are UPS and USPS locations in the same complex with far better shipping professionals. For shipping, printing, and binding needs, I recommend going elsewhere -- the staff here seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. Would not recommend..

  I forgot to sign a document and requested a pen which even I observed 2 members had in possession. I requested a staff member to let me borrow that pen to sign a paper and she refused. Asked me to buy a new one costing $6 minimum.

  Avoid this specific location if you require any customer support beyond a simple drop-off. I recently visited the store to correct a typo on a shipment address that couldn't be resolved online because the associate had not linked the package to my account. Rather than assisting, the store manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Given the premium pricing of FedEx, I expected a much higher quality of customer service especially as the shipper. Instead, I walked away with no resolution and my package is now lost somewhere. There are so many alternative national or local shipping options -- moving forward, I will definitely be using those.
