  Dale is the store manager at this market street location, by Kearny and Geary and quite simply is the rudest most unhelpful, abrupt person I've ever come in contact with in San Francisco businesses to date. All I asked for was some help with printing out some important documents and he said if i can't figure out the printer kiosk myself, then he couldn't do anything for me and began helping the next person. So FedEx give this store manager some customer service training fast!! Will never go back to this FedEx store. I'm contacting corporate for this incident, this was a horrible experience.

  Bridgette is the BEST!! Great energy, customer service, and sense of humor! Helped me print out bordered Canva documents that was showing up with margins. Canva is the pain in the ass for self-print here. She did above and beyond trimming my sheets from a larger paper and scale. This has been my go-to FedEx location forever (Marshall’s days iykyk) for its convenient location and this is the first time in a decade I’ve felt compelled to write a review. I would wait in line for her specifically for any of my future visits and when assistance is needed.

  I normally come to this office to drop packages off so I haven't used any of their other services but the staff are always super helpful and chatty.
