Today I went to FedEx to print a large number of documents. Initially, the employee with green hair was handling my printing job, but the process was taking an extremely long time because the machine kept jamming and malfunctioning every few minutes.
After waiting for quite a while and seeing that the problems continued, I decided to use the self-service printing machine instead and complete the job myself. I left my belongings on the counter while I did so.
Among my belongings was a box of assorted clips that I had brought from home. To my surprise, when I checked my receipt, I saw that I had been charged for clips as if they had been provided by FedEx.
The clips were my own and included different types and sizes, as well as a safety pin. None of these items came from FedEx, so I do not understand why I was charged for them.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. The original printing process was delayed by repeated machine problems, and I was then charged for supplies that I had brought myself. I hope this charge can be reviewed and corrected.
