  Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The older gentleman working there was extremely rude and impatient. He constantly interrupted me, wouldn't let me explain my return, and acted like he didn't want to help. The most frustrating part is that he told me everything was taken care of and that my return had been processed. Later I found out the return had never actually been completed, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Now I have to go back to the store and figure out what happened to my return because it was never processed as I was told. Customer service should be respectful and accurate. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same experience.
