  Staff was super nice and helpful however the hotel charges a $10 handling fee for shipping.... just walk around the corner to another location

  I had an excellent experience, Anthony, provided excellent customer care and ultimately closed a 200$ sale. He answered numours questions, was kind and patient, and his entire energy and behavior was that of doing everything he could to give the best care he could. I wish I could give him more than 5/5 stars. He has a rare aditude in his role as a customer service provider of understanding his role is to provide customer service.

  Erdem was incredibly helpful and patient while handing my print request. He walked me through the process and helped me pick sizes and materials. Would fully recommend.

  They charge a $10 fee for dropping off a prepaid package here. Also long lines and rude staff.
