Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at FedEx.
I came in with proof of purchase and all the information needed to pick up my package, but the staff refused to release it to me. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were dismissive and made the process unnecessarily difficult. It felt like my package was being held hostage despite me providing documentation.
This was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. FedEx needs to improve its customer service and package release process.

I had the absolute worst experience at this print shop. Initially, the younger male employee with long hair always wheres a mask seemed helpful, but I later discovered an egregious breach of trust: he had been reading through my private email attachments that I sent over strictly for printing.
To make matters worse, when I requested the print job, he tried to tack on a "rush fee" while simultaneously acting like he didn't even want my business. But the real nightmare unfolded later. I found out this employee actually used the sensitive, private business information found inside my email attachments to get involved in my personal affairs, going so far as to start making unauthorized phone calls regarding my private business.
This is not just terrible customer service; it is a massive security and privacy violation. If you are printing anything containing sensitive information, financial data, or private business details, DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They do not respect customer boundaries or basic data privacy. I am incredibly disappointed and will be taking this higher.

I received incredibly great customer service at this Fedex and was in and out in only a few minutes. I cannot recommend this location enough. I believe I was helped by Nuham. However, I'm not 100% sure.
