This location has some serious issues regarding amazon returns.They ask you why you're returning it, and they also won't accept them If there's some items missing in the return. They don't know if I bought this used with missing items. They don't know if I spoke to a representative on amazon, they don't know anything. JUST TAKE MY RETURN! I don't know how the cashiers here believe they have some kind of AUTHORITY somewhere in their minds To question people about amazon returns. It's my account, My credit card, my items im returning.If I return the wrong item, i'm the one who's gonna be penalized for it.Fedex has nothing to do with my returns.And it's very insulting that they would ask me a 100 questions EVERYTIME. I literally had to walk 15 minutes away, which is not a problem, to another location. And they returned my items no questions asked, nothing at all. They just returned it and let me go. I don't like this inconsistency. Its extremely annoying and I never wanna step foot in there ever again. Embarcadero Mall fedex location
The location on maps is wrong, it shows its located inside Embarcadero 3, but its actually in Embarcadero 4. I spent 20 mins inside 3 but couldnt find the store. Its actually across the street on the other side.
My first set of passport photo was lost during the delivery, Harry helped me got another set of photo with professional and fast service. 100% recommend!!

If I could give a zero star I would. I've come to this place a couple of times, mostly because they're the few places open on a weekend. Service has always been rude but doable. This time was the last time I will ship something from this place. Both of the ladies working here are rude and do not hide the fact they hate their job. They claimed that we can only do overnight priority or priority shipping and refused to give us other times or days for the package to arrive. We knew they were lying and were not willing to provide alternate days that were less expensive. We ended up going to UPS where we were met with a friendly smile and a date and price that was much more responsible.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind. I bought a poster board and needed it cut in half and they did it for me even though they did not have to!
