  DHL is a joke. They never even attempted delivery and marked as “attempted delivery but no response”. It must be nice working there - requires zero effort, just need to say you tried 😂Couriers are so incompetent that I don’t bother to try re-delivery again. Just do pick up to save you from all the hassle.

  They just emailed me that they came and no one was home while I was sitting hone waiting for an important package! They didn't even bother to ring the door! And after changing the pick up to the local DHL location I get an email at 7 pm that I can pick it up till 8 pm! I rushed there and spend 30 min driving to get there at 7:30! I have been told that they are close at 6!!!! The worst shipping company! Doesn't deserve eveb 1 star!

  I had a great experience at this DHL location and honestly don’t understand the complaints about it being “hard to find.” It’s 2026 and my GPS took me directly to the front door with zero issues. When I arrived, there wasn’t anyone at the counter (which makes sense), but there was a clearly marked “ring for service” button. I pressed it and George came out within about 30 seconds. George was fantastic. He was incredibly courteous and walked me through the entire process step by step, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. For a high-value shipment to Belgium, that level of transparency made a huge difference and gave me a lot of confidence in their process. Everything felt secure, organized, and professional. I would absolutely use this location again, and George was a gem!

  Same experience as others here, "delivery attempted but consignee closed"...BS, I waited all day for two days at work, they never came by. Claimed to come by at 6:25pm first day and 8:37pm the second day. Who tries to deliver to a business outside of normal biz hours??? Almost 9pm, are you kidding me? But those delivery attempts are lies, I waited with the door open. Never using DHL again, I'm done!
