Dear Office of the President, This is a formal written request for the complete Point-of-Sale (POS) transaction record for the in-store purchase made on February 9, 2026 at: 3001 Mission St San Francisco, CA 94110 Transaction details: Total cash paid: $350.00 Devices: iPhone and Tablet Additional service activation at time of purchase Specifically, I am requesting a complete copy of the original POS transaction record, including: Transaction ID number All SKU-level line items (including any accessories) Itemized pricing and taxes Tender type (cash) and amount received Store location ID Employee ID associated with the transaction Any voids, reversals, adjustments, or modifications made to the original transaction Timestamp of transaction and any subsequent edits This request is being made due to discrepancies between what was represented at the time of purchase and what has appeared in subsequent account summaries. If this store location is operated by an authorized retailer rather than a corporate-owned location, please confirm in writing the full legal name of the operating entity and provide contact information for the custodian of records. Please provide the requested documentation within (3) calendar days of this notice. If the records are not produced within that timeframe, I will proceed with formal legal process to obtain the transaction record.
