I came in asking for a upgrade to surprise my co worker and didn’t want to transfer the number yet and this guy goes and transfers the number to the phone without delayed upgrade (found out that’s what it’s called on the website) and my employ calls me from his friends phone to tell me his phone was cut off and ON TOP OF THAT this guy adds cricket protect to my account when I never asked for it. I will be making a report about this to corporate and the BBB

This store has the worst customer service ever. Do not go there if you wanna spend your time for no help.
