  Im always in and out quickly. The people are nice and UPS doesnt make you box and buy packing tape for Amazon returns like their competitor.

  I love this store! I always go here because their staff are always friendly and Ruthy provided excellent customer service! She was so friendly, professional, and has such a great personality. She makes the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. My shipment process went smoothly. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Thank you, Ruthy, for making my experience such a positive one!

  Unhelpful. Make sure if you have services listed that you can provide to customers then have someone or management working at all times that can help customers with their needs.

  Do not come here! Use another UPS location. The owners will back up their employees even if they are at fault!!!!! There is another UPS down the street. Ruthie and Brianna are not helpful people. You should be ashamed of hiring incompetent staff.

  The worst UPS on the planet! Do not come here. Ruthie the short lady working there has no customer skills. She threatened me by saying I was being recorded. My nose was bleeding at the time and she kept stating how she could not accept heavy packages. The box was around 40 lbs. If she cannot lift heavy items, then stay home!
