Be carful when you pay at this location with your Credit/Debit card. Purchased one footlong Tune sandwich. I checked my account the next month, come to find out. I had a separate charge on the same day. I went back three times to resolve it, spoke to management and the owner was never there and never called me. Bad Customer service. Will not be retuning to this store ever again.

Horrible today service took forever 1 staff present 5 people in line and my order online placed half hour ago isn’t ready ordered at 350 didn’t get it till 432 pm

I ordered through the app around 12:10 and my pickup time was supposed to be 12:35. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready, but my coworker who ordered after me already had his food.
I ended up waiting until about 12:50 to finally get my order, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
What made it worse was the customer service. When I asked about my order, the staff was rude, and one employee pointed her finger at me and said she doesn’t deal with mobile orders. That’s pretty unprofessional and not how customers should be treated.
Overall, the experience was frustrating. Ordering ahead should save time, not make you wait long
