  I called her, provided all my personal information, then she never get back to me. I called her three different times and she refused to answer. This is discrimination! September 9,2016: I can only edit my comment here because I’m not able to respond after hers. Nobody called me back! If she made the statement that she called me, I want to see the phone bill showing that she called me three different times as she stated when I talk to her today. She also published my last name yesterday, which is a violation of privacy. After I called her today and complained about it, she remove it! I will let the community to figure it if this was a discrimination or not: I have an accent. I called her and provided all my personal information including the DL number. She said hold on. In meantime, she pulled up my account and realized that I had a previous insurance agent. She never comes back to continue the conversation! I called back three different times and each time the phone was ringing and went to the voicemail after 6-7 rings. After she reviewed my complaint, she states in that once I had an insurance agent I supposed to go back to the same agent. Basically, unconsciously she admitted that she refused to serve me (ignoring me) because I supposed to deal with the previous insurance agent and not her!Today on the phone she told me that once I had an insurance agent I could not go to a different one because they don’t want to take the business from each other! THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS COMING OUT! Please make your comments, and thank you to everyone for the reviews!
