  Not the best customer service I ordered online. Came in for pick up and then he asked me who the order was for so I gave him my name, and then someone else came in for a phone order. I was still waiting on mines. Even though the app said it was ready for pickup already, and then afterwards, the food was already ready . They bagged the other person's food first and they were just waiting for my cheese dips for mines. And then before he gave my order, he just kept asking me for my last name. When I told my first name already, which i'm sure my first name. Cause there not nobody else that had ordered at the time that has my first name.

  An older lady ( possibly manager ) working on July 31, 2026 at around 5:40pm was being extremely rude and loud to her employees. Just yelling at them and said “ don’t make me loose it today”. Don’t know if she having a bad day but seeing that waiting for my food made me sad for them. Worked at fast food before and it’s not nice when you have a manger who’s rude for no reason. These are young kids working who don’t deserve that treatment.

  Poor customer service and poor on listening to order we tried to upgrade the fries to buffalo ranch fries but it gave us a Regular fries. I hope this improves
