  I’m very disappointed with the service I received. My order was made incorrectly, so I called the store to let them know and try to get it corrected. Instead of helping me, the employee hung up on me twice while I was trying to explain the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, but hanging up on a customer who is simply trying to get their order corrected is extremely unprofessional. I would appreciate it if management could address this situation and help resolve my incorrect order.

  Horrable customer service I got a raw sandwich and they told me it’s a tendon and that’s how their chicken comes, while I’m eating theirs a line and a customer calling for assistance and they all act like they can’t hear horrible service come check it out

  When's the last night place an order and you know got there early waiting which I didn't mind which I thought you know okay I'm going to get fresh fries not the case the fries were reheated like they were already cooked and then just cooked again which tasted like exactly like that and I also got the Louisiana rub which I always get and it's my favorite but this time it was absolutely disgusting they did not make the sauce right at all it's like they forgot to put the seasoning in it
