  The issue wasn't the wings. I absolutely love wingstop and their ranch is my all time favorite ranch so with that being the case you can only imagine that I would buy some with any meal get from wingstop. This might be a small thing to some but I ordered extra ranch with my wings and come to my surprise I didn't get any at all. Just laziness on the workers. Small things can make or break a meal especially if your paying for it.

  This is a prep kitchen for Uber Eats and door dash drivers. But they don’t tell you that when you order pickup through the wingstop app. The area is scary at night and crowded with uber drivers who block the entrance. Once inside there’s no customer service you wait for a locker code to retrieve your food. Order was inaccurate. Sauce was barely on the wings. Every wingstop I’ve ever gone to the customer service has been a 10/10 compared to this one. Nobody to even ask for napkins. Also, went well past my order ready time window and was late to the movies. Not sure why wingstop would allow pickups here.

  In the Wingstop app before placing the order the waiting time 10min, in fact 30min+…. No bueno This is the commercial kitchen hub, NO INFO in the app that I’m ordering from the kitchen hub not the Wingstop location No parking btw 😝👎

  Don't be on duty trying to order from here. Took over an hour after the delivery said it was going to be delivered and I still had to cancel. Went through 3 drivers before I cancelled. You will never get your food.
