  Just go to the hotel front desk if you need any help with after hours pickups. (The sign does not indicate this) Tried getting a package after hours for a conference. No one (including staff) knew how to obtain it. I had to go the next morning after the conference already started. UPS guy said that the hotel front desk could have gotten my package and there was a sign that indicated so. The sign said for after hours ‘deliveries’ go to the front desk. I wasn’t delivering anything, I was picking up.

  They want to charge a $6 drop off fee for a package that is ready to ship. Ridiculous

  If I could enter negative stars I would.....all the reviews are 100% accurate!! Bad customer service, rude staff and incompetent!! Including tall short gray hair older man with glasses. I had been to this location a few times...you think I would of learn my lesson from previous encounters? Done with them...STAY AWAY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

  Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention there’s a $6 fee prior to picking up your package. Don’t waist your time here.
