    Wow. I was very shocked to see a 1.7 star rating for this UPS location. I never write reviews (I think this is the first one I've written) but I felt I needed to relay my experience. About a week ago, I came into this location, panicked and in desperate need of help with shipping. The staff was very responsive, nice, and helpful, both on the phone and in person. They packed all of my stuff and delicate items very well! I am so happy with my experience.

    If I could enter negative stars I would.....all the reviews are 100% accurate!! Bad customer service, rude staff and incompetent!! Including tall short gray hair older man with glasses. I had been to this location a few times...you think I would of learn my lesson from previous encounters? Done with them...STAY AWAY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
