Extremely unprofessional experience.
I came in for a SHEIN Happy Returns QR drop-off, and even though the system clearly showed all items under one combined return, the employee still did not understand the process.
I was there around 5 PM today. The employee was very disrespectful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. When I said I would leave a review because of the experience, he even responded rudely said “ you suck” instead of helping professionally. So rude.
I am a student and also work with customers, and employees are supposed to receive proper customer service and orientation training. It is shocking to see someone this unprepared and unprofessional handling customers.
I absolutely do not recommend this location if you are doing Happy Returns or QR code returns. And i will not recommend to my school all department this store. Management should seriously pay attention to how customers are being treated here.

I walked in a few minutes before 5 to drop off my overnight. I was informed that I was late and the cut off was 4:50. I informed the employee that the website said 5:30 as in my attached photo. She said it was wrong.
I asked her for help and she said call around. 0 out of 0 for customer service , as no other customers were there.
"Update following owner response:
The owner explained they have no control over the website. I looked into this and that is not quite accurate. UPS Store franchisees have an assigned Franchise Business Consultant through The UPS Store Inc. and access to a help desk ticketing system. A website correction request is something they can file.
The owner also felt the employee's response was not a customer service issue. I just wanted help finding a solution when I arrived before your own posted cutoff time. Being told to call around did not feel like help.
Sharing this in case it saves someone else the same trip."

the worker was pretty snarky about this being *UPS* and not usps, considering i have shipped my usps packages from here successfully, multiple times in the past two years. i could also tell the difference because the post office employees have never been rude to me.
