  I went in on May 19 to print my international visa documents requiring A4-sized paper. I fully understand this is a special request in the US, so I called ahead to explicitly confirm they carried A4 and not US Letter. The employee on the phone assured me they did. They did not. I was handed standard US Letter documents. During the refund process, the clearly annoyed employee decided to give me a lesson, claiming that "US Letter size is known as A4 in the United States." It’s a common misconception, but a trained printing professional should probably know about this. When I tried to clarify, the employee doubled down and informed me, quote: “You are in the United States, Sir.” Look, I am well aware of what country I am currently standing in. What I didn't expect was to be spoken down to by an employee who lacks basic training on paper standards. Mistakes happen, but the condescending attitude was completely unnecessary when the store was entirely in the wrong. If you need precise international printing, save yourself the geography lesson and go elsewhere.

  I’ve had a PO Box here for about a year and I truly appreciate the great service. Everyone is always kind, patient, and helpful, which makes a big difference. It’s rare to find such a consistently positive experience. Even my dog Oliver loves visiting!

  The rating is due to the outragous rippoff! I usually go to a UPS store for printing in Rancho Bernardo, today my son wanted to go to In-N-Out Burger so I said okay I'll do my Printing and UPS Store in Carmel Mountain I usually do get charged 0.91 per color for 11x17 paper size. But the UPS Store in Carmel Mountain charge me $1.51 per each paper when I asked why I was told each UPS store has different owners and this UPS store owner charges this much!! It is quite outrageous to charge the consumer 1.5 times within 2 km apart!
