  I had to return my PC and I had some trouble with the shipping instructions. Adam at UPS Store is a great help! He assisted in finding the shipping label and made sure my return was adequately secured and protected. Great service!

  This is the BEST post office!! The people who work here are kind and real. It’s efficient, small and easy.. Even my family from LaJolla prefer this post office. :)

  I had a table runner & flyers printed at the UPS store in PB with help from Sophie and Cesar. They were both super helpful & the printing was really fast. Both products came back great. I'll definitely be using them again for other printed items.

  Notary services usually take forever but Joseph got me in and out of there in 15 minutes! He gave great customer service and was super helpful.

  After randomly reading the reviews this morning of the place, I was pleasantly surprised that they were outstanding the entire staff has been praised… Unfortunately, this stupidly raised my expectations. Sorely disappointed in the service received from Marie-Tina today; no greeting, WHATSOEVER. She held out her hand to indicate I give her the slips from my mailbox. When I wasn’t quick enough, she gestured with her fingers, “give it here” (open and closed fingers). I said loudly, “Hello?” And she only then acknowledged me. She scanned the slips then turned the screen around for me to sign. No more words were spoken. Never a thank you. Not even a tiny bit of information on whatever overage charges my packages accrued. Walked out feeling sad. Maybe next year I won’t renew here.
