  Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged for my friend to pick up my package while I was away on a business trip and provided both a written authorization letter and direct phone consent. The staff still refused to release the package. What made it worse was that I was specifically told they would hold my package for two weeks until I returned. I relied on that information, but it turned out not to be true, which caused me unnecessary trouble while I was traveling. The staff were also rude and completely unhelpful throughout the process. I understand that stores have security policies, but giving customers inaccurate information and refusing to work with reasonable authorization is unacceptable. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this UPS Store location.

  The self-service return for Amazon goods is great and saves time. The notary people are very friendly. Even if there was a mistake in the notary, they are willing to correct their mistake. Now, that is customer service #1.
