  The self-service return for Amazon goods is great and saves time. The notary people are very friendly. Even if there was a mistake in the notary, they are willing to correct their mistake. Now, that is customer service #1.

  Debbie is slow and rude. Waited in line for over 10 minutes patiently behind someone, and when she was finally done she tried to tell the guys behind me they were next and was nasty and rude. The guys behind me even agreed with me. When you wait that long in line, and are so clearly next - how can this be confusing to staff? She didn't say hello, thank you or apologize to anyone waiting in a line out the door. She also didn't seek help from any of her coworkers in the back. This location needs to replace Debbie ASAP. Long waits can be expected, but to ignore everyone (behind a mask mind you), and then disrespect the first person in line is just wild behavior. There are countless good people in the world looking for work, and UPS Mira Mesa picked Debbie....zero stars.

  I went to get my documents printed. The website is misleading. You have to pay $2 initially, then it’ll be $0.15 B/W for each page after. Just go to the Mira Mesa library. $0.15 B/W - actual price.

  The UPS employee was very efficient and very knowledgeable. He created the label and finish the shipping process in less than 8 minutes.
