  they can't just print a standard UPS label for you... so you pay $2 and change just to print your UPS label that you already paid UPS for.

  Always so extremely helpful! Normally I just drop off packages which is quick and easy, but I had to fax something today which I’ve never done. They were so helpful and nice!

  Listed opening time for the store was 9am (on google and on the store window); arrived at 9:30am to a locked door. Killed an hour around Kensington to see if someone would turn up, no one ever did. From other waiting customers, it sounded like this was a common occurrence. Returned later in the day and the process was smooth, albeit not smooth enough to warrant waiting an hour in the AM.
