  I have used this location multiple times, and every staff member I've encountered has been extremely pleasant and helpful! No matter how busy they are, they move the line efficiently while providing great service to the customer. To speak to their service and professionalism, I came into the store near their closing time on a Saturday with something urgent to mail, and mistakenly wrote the wrong address on the envelope. It was near or at 5pm when I realized this, and yet they were still patient and kind with me, and I never once felt like a burden to their staff (even though I was). Couldn't recommend this location more for any shipping needs you might have in the La Jolla/UTC area.

  Joseph was extremely helpful! I didn't know what I need to do and he walked me through everything and took care of my request the best way possible. If you don't have any experience with packages, Joseph and people at this location have the kindness and the patience to help you.
