  None of the Staff are not trained to smile, say “thank you”, “you’re welcome”, “have a good one” and “hello”. Respect customers!

  They’ve completely lost it over there. I came in with the box and a return code to scan. She’s standing there chewing gum, smirking, and refusing to accept it. Now the box has to be packed inside another box. I’ve sent returns in regular boxes plenty of times, but today apparently that’s not good enough.

  Not all but most of the workers need better customer service training. I walked in, it was extra busy, line out the door. They kept asking for us to close the door and not leave it open which is fine but telling us " There's a self serve option and there no reason for you stand in line!" in a condensing tone is unacceptable!!! There are better ways to get your point across without talking down to us. My family and I will be using a different UPS from now on.
