  Came in to print time sensitive documents. Was directed to email. At no point did any of the 4 staff tell me there was a print computer fee of $3.00 per email. It was written but not expressed and is predatory. They only told me after printing and then only told me that I could have emailed in a single email. Poor customer training and service. Will not return.

  They keep charging me for $30-60 for packaging and my packages always arrive destroyed. $30-60 for something that costs $2-3 at Uline. You'll send your automated reply about how "sorry" you are, but at the end of the day you won't cover the damages anyway.

  I spent more than $200 to send a package to Mexico. Tiny supplement for my grandmother that had just had a stroke. They should have been clear that the Mexican customs could take it. They should not charge that much money for a small package when they don’t know how to fill out the information. UPS service was complete garbage. They wanted someone to go pick up the package outside of Mexico City about 2 hours from the delivery address. Since my family is taking care of my grandma they couldn’t go. So then Mexican customs wanted us to hire a customs agent to release the package!!! It was $37 worth of mineral supplement… what the heck did I pay ups $200 for? Do not send anything to Mexico through ups. I have yet to receive my refund and they are “disposing” of my package at the aifa airport… yea right. UPS was 0 help. I should have just flown it myself.
