  I was just here and was assisted by Len. He was both helpful and pleasant. Good customer service in a world where that is becoming lamentably rare. The facility also felt clean and modern. I find UPS stores can be pretty hit or miss. This was my first time here, but it feels like a hit!

  the lady working at the front was so rude. I’ve never had this experience before at any other location. She just gave me so much attitude rolled her eyes at me for the return not working. I was calm and didn’t say anything to her but when the return wasn’t working she rolled her eyes at me and gave me so much attitude. At least wait until the customer leaves? Horrible customer service
