  carrie was so helpful with all my returns & was super patient with me while i pulled up the labels & asked her to print additional labels! you don’t always get great service carrie & this ups store is always has outstanding service! easy to want to make returns with great customer service! thank you carrie & team!

  Often used this location in the past with satisfaction. Today 1 minute after 5pm was told I couldn't drop off a package,even though the front door was still open. Barred entry. Poor service.

  James did an excellent job of helping us out and taking great care of our packages. He should be teaching customer service etiquette to DMV employees!
